You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
You may use the free version of Service for personal non-commercial purposes only.
If you use the Service to make profit, either directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, distributing your feeds to third parties, publishing feeds on your own website or on behalf of the owner of a commercial website, aggregating data for commerical purposes, you agree to purchase a paid subscription with the number of paid feeds matching or exceeding the number of feeds you use for such commerical purposes, and that subscription must stay active for the whole duration of your commercial use of the Service.
Automated creation or modification of feeds by the means of external software is prohibited.
You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes including, but not limited to, violating the rights of the original content copyright holders. The Owner will have the right in their sole discretion to suspend or remove any feed or account that we determine offensive, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable or that violates the Terms of Service.
You agree to obey polling interval defined in Feed43 feeds, otherwise your access to the service may be blocked temporarily or permanently, to the sole discretion of the Owner.
You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission from the Owner.
Using this Service implies creating news feeds from third-party copyrighted material (content of web pages). You understand that the content of each news feed is the sole responsibility of the corresponding content author. The Owner does not control the news feeds and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the feeds.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis.
The Owner does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information, and any errors in the Service will be corrected.
The failure of the Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Owner and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and the Owner (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
